We are sorry for the issue with your account and browser extension. Let's try the steps below to resolve the issue:
Access your LastPass vault using a computer
Go to the bottom left corner click on "Account Settings"
Make sure you are in the "General Tab"
All the way to the bottom of the window clicks on "Show Advance Settings"
Find the "Security Menu"
Scroll down and find "Auto-logoff" and "Bookmarklet Auto-Logoff" Make sure both options are set in 2 weeks
Once done, please log out of your account and log back in.
In case the issue still shows up please, do the following:
Could you please clean your internet browser (cookies and cache), log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue?
In case you are still getting the same scenario, please remove the LastPass extension from your internet browser, and in case you have any other extension installed, please try to turn them off. Once that is done, clean your internet browser again, reinstall the LastPass extension, and try again.
