Still charged for a closed account.

Question

I wonder if anyone can help.

I have cancelled my account but have now been charged for another year's renewal.

My account is now closed so I cant login to change the auto renewal setting

I have tried to reach out to support but you need an account to raise anything with them.

Please help.

The refund for the payment has been processed and the subscription is now fully cancelled. You should see the funds back in your account within 3 to 5 business days and no other charges should be applied.

I haven't received any support on this, I wonder why I was charged if the auto-renewalwas turned off?

I still need a refund of£96.15

If this can be looked into ASAP that would be great.
