Admin Console Will Not Load No Matter the Browser or Computer

Question

My admin console will not load no matter what browser or computer I use. I've cleared cache and cookies. It never loads. I've uploaded a screen video of what I see.

I cannot seem to get Chat to help since it's some kind of terrible AI and unable to get past offerring articles.

I can't seem to find anyone in support to help as there is no phone or email tool.

My license has expired and now I cannot renew it.

I've tried this on my laptop and my desktop. I've tried on Safar, Brave, and Chrome.
