If you do not have a subscription and stop using LastPass, then all of your data and history will be completely erased after 2 years.
If you do have a subscription but cannot log in, you may reset your account through here: https://lastpass.com/reset_account.php
If you were subscribed through a mobile app store, then you will have to discontinue the subscription through there.
Uninstalling the app can be performed with minimal admin privilege on any device you have the LastPass app set up on.
