When I unhide a saved password, it briefly shows the saved password but then it changes to the master password. I tried logging out and in again, but no change.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. This is probably caused by your browsers in-built password manager. Please check if you have a password stored for lastpass.com on it, delete it and then you should no longer have this issue.
