Being logged out of other devices upon login from a different device

I use the LP premium app on 2 devices all day every day - my iPad and Samsung S8 phone. After recently updating to new versions of LP I cannot be logged into both my devices simultaneously.

If Ilogin to one device the other device is automatically logged out and I have to login again. The message I receive is that my session has expired. Previously both devices stayed logged in according to my login security settings.

Hi @BigGreg,

Could you log in to LastPass in a browser or on desktop (this cannot be done through the LastPass app) and checking this setting?

• Open your Vault in a browser window
• Click Account Settings on the left side menu, click Show Advanced Settings
• Scroll down and make sure "Log out of other devices upon login from a different device." is disabled. Click Update, test again on your devices.
