Enable to log in

Hi

I'have trouble to log. I change my phone number and my mobile device and my Authenticator does not recognize my new device. I have tried to follow the instruction at

for disable theauthenticator. But when arrive to the "multifactor authentification" windows there is not the

I've lost my <authenticator> device

the only option available are "send and SMS".

Could please let me know how disable the authentification?

Hi Karol,

thanks for keep in touch with me.

Unfortunately I can not neither access to support.lastpass.com because it still requires me to send an SMS to my old phone number or use theMultifactor Authentification that I can not install.

The ideal will be if you can add a new telephone number +XXXXXXXXXXXXX or disable the Multifactor Authentification.If need to send confidential info you can use mye-mail associate to last pass.

Please let's try to solve this issues today because I have several deadlines to accomplish with the password stored in last pass.
