I don't have access to my gmail account. Therefore I cannot login because I cannot recover my password. I've created countless of tickets to support and have given them proof of purchase, pictures and copies of my ID and I still don't have access.

I'm so tired and desperate already. I've been putting my master password but its not working so I cannot reset my password and support is not helping me to reset my email so that I can authenticate.
