Vault Items Don't Launch when 'Launch' is Pressed - Why?

I'm using Windows 11 on the latest Chrome version. All of a sudden LastPass is acting up. All my vault websites and information is saved but when I press 'Launch' on a specific saved website (and that's for every website saved in my vault) is doesn't launch? So I go on the Edit icon of a specific saved website, copy the URL and paste it into Chrome. The automatically fill works but then once logged in, LastPass prompts me do I want to save the password? If I do, it makes a new vault item for this exact same saved website. What the hell is going on? Even then with a new vault item created for the exact same website, again the 'Launch' doesn't work?

We truly apologize for the problem, please let's try to follow the steps below:

1. Make a single click over the LastPass extension
2. Go to Account (Bottom right corner)
3. Click on Fix a problem yourself
4. Then click on Clear local data

In case you are still getting the same scenario, please remove the LastPass extension from your internet browser, and in case you have any other extension installed, please try to turn them off. Once that is done, clean your internet browser again, reinstall the LastPass extension, and try again.
