Android shortcut is now black

Question

Mild irritant: I'm running LastPass on my Android Samsung Galaxy (S21 Ultra 5G) and the LastPass icon is now black, even when I'm logged in. I use a dark theme so it's difficult to see. How can I set it back to red? I've changed the setting in LastPass to Light but this makes no difference.

My folder colour is black, so the icon is now practically invisible. I've reported it as a bug.

I would have to say it's more than a mild irritant. And why would they do it?

Same problem. It's ridiculous. They haven't changed the website logo or the icon in the Play Store, so it's not as if they've rebranded. If this is a trial ballon it's a really stupid one. Red is visible and distinctive, black is invisible and frustrating. That should settle it. I've opened a support case and rexmcommend that everyone else who wants it fixed do likewise.
