How can I log in to my Lastpass Account?

Question

I created a LastPass account earlier today, but I can't log in to the account after creating it.

I have not received any verification email from LP even after whitelisting their registered email addresses noted in their troubleshooting literature.

I tried using the forget password, account recovery and all the other troubleshooting instructions they noted on the site that I can do given the limitations and still cannot log in.

I keep getting this error message shown in the attachedscreenshot.

Please help and let me know how I can sort this out or if LP tech support has an email address or number I can contact for help on this.

Hello, @liza.nanquil​

That message means you're entering the wrong password, or are using a new device / location.  If you haven't received any emails, and your email provider is not blocking LastPass comms, then it's a password issue.

I looked up your Community email and did not see any log issues from our side, or verification emails being triggered, but maybe that's your older LastPass account.

I'm afraid we don't currently utilize an email alias for support, so you should be using the 'Request help' button within one of the recovery articles such as this.
