Need to change phone number for account recovery

Hey guys,

I do not remember my master password and the account recovery process wants to send a verification code to my old phone number. How can I get it changed to my new phone number so I may reset the master password to access my vault & data? Could really use a hand here.

I'm sorry we cannot change an MFA phone number, but we can help you disable the MFA temporarily in order to regain access to your vault and re-sync MFA selections again.

While many MFA integrations have an option to disable them via email, the LastPass Authenticator disablement will require Customer Support assistance.  Please view this support article, then use the 'Request help' button to create an email case where we will confirm your identity before making the account login change.
