password not working, account recovery not working,

Question

A few months ago, lastpass suddenly asked me to enter password from my apple device. i usually used touchid.

this time it needed a complicated password, which i setup and wrote it down. I also added a hint to make sure i never forget.

I believe i used touch id to access the passwords after that. I tried to login with password sometime in december 22 when it needed me to enter the password again. But I had misplaced the password so basically gave up trying to access it.

I have NOW FOUND my password. But it does not work. I dont always get the emails from lastpass either. all day i have been trying. I still have the same device where i installed last pass. Please help. I stored my passwords in a password manager against my better judgement and really regret this turn of events.

Hi Henry

The password was changed sometime before december, maybe middle of the year. I attempted to login in December and get the password hint. i have that hint email from December. Please look again.

I try to do recovery and it keeps saying link expired when i click on it.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. I verified the records on it but it does not reflect the password being changed on the date you indicated, can you please try with the original password you had?
