How to use the same credentials from a specific domain when accessing the same website locally as a developer (localhost)?

I searched other similar questions but didn't find an answer to my problem. This is the question that is most related to my problem, but it is not exactly the same problem and the suggestions did not work for me: https://support.lastpass.com/s/question/0D5TP0000055slY0AQ/lastpass-with-sub- domains-and-sub-folders

I'm a developer and I have some projects that I access both locally and on the Internet. The credentials are the same, so I need to share the login and password with two different addresses:

project.my-host.com and project.local

I have already tried using the configuration demonstrated at https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/manage-equivalent-domains.html&_LANG=enus, but LastPass cannot identify that credentials are available to be used in my-project.my-host.com. In my vault the URL field has the address http://project.local.

The configuration I'm using is the one described in the link above, but it's not working:

=project.my-host.com.br, project.local

I can only see that there are credentials to auto-populate when I access http://project.local

Can anyone tell me what else could be done?

I noticed that the configuration I indicated works on the desktop, but not on the tablet (Android), that is, when opening https://project.my-host.com.br or http://project.local on the desktop I see the data to log in, but when accessing https://project.my-host.com.br on the tablet, it doesn't work.
