Can I recover my account without my master password?

Question

I don't know my master password. I tried using the "Request Help Logging In" link here and entered the correct email for my account but never received any emails from LastPass to take next steps.

I considered resetting the account but I have critical encrypted notes that I really need access to.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Are you referring to the account with the same email you used on this site or to the linked account?

If it is for the email you used here, the account is Federated and you would need to contact an administrator for assistance on resetting the Master Password.

If it is for the personal account, our records show that the Master Password on it was changed a few days ago. Before the change, there is also a login attempt where a verification email was sent. Do you remember either the new or old password?
