Why is nothing displayed when I attempt to open my Vault from the Chrome browser extension?

I can confirm that I am logged into the system because if I just click on the pinned extension icon, I can see matching accounts for my Google accounts when on a google page. However, if I attempt to open https://lastpass.com/vault then nothing appears on the browser page. I can try the same thing in the MS Edge browser extension and everything works fine.

That doesn't help anything. I can navigate to the https://lastpass.com/vault page manually by typing in the URL but the page still remains blank except for the "Lastpass...|" watermark. I even tried disabling the browser extension and using an incognito window and the vault page just doesn't display at all in Chrome.

Try going through the login page first.

You're going to have a much easier vault experience with the extension though.

Click the extension icon, then the vault button at the top, and bookmark that page instead.

Quick update to this, I found an old VPN extension pin (I use a different one now) on my browser and removed it.

The vault is now appearing as it did in the past. Maybe the LastPass extension has been updated recently and it clashed with the VPN extension.....

Worth trying to see if it fixes your problem.

Update: Thanks User17138207483435156695. After disabling the ExpressVPN browser extension, the Vault started loading again in Chrome.

I am also having the same problem with nothing appearing on my vault page when I click the LastPass extension on Chrome. I contacted LastPass and we removed and reinstalled the extension but still had the same issue. I was then asked to try using an incognito window and I was able to see my vault after logging in to LastPass from there. LastPass support unable to offer any further help since it appears to be a local browser issue - but I have not changed any setting on Chrome.

No further forward at the moment.

The same happened to me. By removing the chrome extension, I was able to access the page.

I was having this issue in Firefox and none of the Basic Troubleshooting suggestions helped. I discovered that disabling the DuckDuckGo extension resolved the problem.
