I tried to delete an old password, I'm receiving this error, so password isn't being deleted.
Hi@"lfluvisotto"
Can you please try clearing the LastPass cache and then manually sync your vault data and then try again?
Cleaning cache worked >https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-clear-the-local-cache-for-my-vault-lp010126
It started happening again, I already tried the steps you mentioned in the previous comments, no success.
Ok, it worked out.
Hi @lfluvisotto,
Sorry about that. I've asked our technical team for assistance and they've done a refresh on your account, could you uninstalling the LastPass extension then reinstalling from here then testing again?https://lastpass.com/download/

Clicking 'Not now' in the Add to LastPass popover in the chrome extension seems to trigger the following error in Chrome 94 with the new virtual keyboard updateshttps://chromestatus.com/feature/5680057076940800
Error in event handler: TypeError: VirtualKeyboard.hide is not a function
Hi@"jprisco",
So that we can investigate and so that you don't post any private account information publicly, could you send me a private message with your LastPass account email address? To send me a private message, please click my username to view my profile, then click the blue "Send a Message" button in the upper right.
Hello! I am seeing the same error message and also on Chrome 94. Mine occurs after clicking on "Open my vault" from the extension. I am unable to actually open my vault on this laptop nor launch my vault by manually going to the LastPass website. I can go to my other PCs (desktops) and am able to open my vault though, which are on the same version of Chrome. The only thing I "see" different is that on my laptop (where the error is occurring), it is welcoming me to families and asking me to take a tour.
Even though I can't open my vault, using the extension functions all seem to work still whether it is creating new passwords, updating existing, etc.
I already tried but i still have this JS error everytime i try to delete something or i tried to open it
Uncaught TypeError: VirtualKeyboard.hide is not a function
Hi @madawc,
Could you try opening your Vault in a Private or Incognito browser window (and make sure all content/ad/popupblockers, as well as other extensions enabled in your browser are disabled) to see if you can then dismiss this tour and access your Vault normally? If that works, you may need to try opening your Vault with all other extensions and content/popup/ad blockers disabled as well in a normal browser window, then dismiss the tour popup.
We would also recommend checking that you aren't clearing/blocking cookies in your browser as this can cause you to be prompted for the tour even after dismissing this option in your Vault.
Hi @Navi7,
Could you try these steps to see if you can then make changes/add items in your Vault?
