You can check the status or the replies to your support case by follow the steps below:
From your LastPass vault, go to the top right corner click on your email address
Click on Support center
Top right corner clicks on "Loging to Support"
Then Click on "My Cases"
In the left side of the screen make sure the option is "My Open Cases"
