Not receiving SMS for 2 factor authentication

Hello,

I am Not receiving SMS for passcode, even call is not received for authentication to complete. In a result I am not able to login on lastpass app for a 2-3 weeks.

I am receiving SMS and call on the same number from other sources.

Can I get assistance quickly on this ?

Hello, when connecting to the account, I clicked to send the SMS code, but it is sent to my old SIM card from another country (I moved to live in another country). I have created a new phone number in the account, but the confirmation SMS codes are still sent to my old sim card. How to fix this?

The problem for at least many of us is that there is no way to remove MFA: we cannot log in!
