Rejected work email for existing account

I have recently changed over to a new work email that is registered directly to me. I have tried many times to change my lastpass account information to me new email, once i get through all the necessary steps LastPass notifies me that an account already exists for the email which is not possible. I don't know what to do at this point with this....

As long as your account does not limit the deletion of users by users, then you may delete the account under the work email before changing the current account login.

If however, you have a policy restricting deletion by users themselves, then you may ask your admin to make the changes for you.
