I never said I called - I got someone from Mindmax on the APP SUPPOIRT - so clearly something is wrong with your app
I ALSO never asked for a refund - I asked you to DELETE my account and NEVER EVER BILL ME AGAIN
I am done here. I know when I am getting a run around and this is definitely a run around
I have warned others not to use this service. Do not bother responding to me as I am now going to block LastPass in every way possible

Did you call directly? We don't post our phone number publicly anywhere, it is possible you called to an incorrect or outdated number. You can submit a call back request following the steps from this support article. I am unable to provide refunds through this platform as additional verification is required.

Like I said in my post, I WAS able to log in using the site on my LAPTOP but it would not allow me to log in using the app on my iPHONE
When I tried to contact support, someone from Mindmax answered which seems SUPER SKETCHY to me.....I deleted ALL of my info from Lsst Pass as I no longer trust this site
I do not want my subscription to renew next March 2025 but even trying to stop that is ridiculous. Your site won't let me cancel
I am not standing in front of my laptop for the rest of the day on the off chance that someone from Last Pass will help me. There are other sites I can use for the same service so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that
1) my account is deleted
2) I will not be billed next March 2025 for a subscription that I have not been able to use
IF you need to contact me, I can be reached at 773-350-7748. I cannot continue to log in and out in hopes of getting help - my time is too valauble

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. How did you try to reach our support team? I can see you submitted a support case but it has not been assigned yet.
Regarding your issues with accessing your account, I see a few failed login attempts due to incorrect Master Password and one where a verification email was sent. Can you please let me know what happens when trying to log in?
