I am unable to update the Windows LastPass to new versions.
I have a Family subscription installed across Windows 11 (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), MacBook Pro, Android, IOS.
The Windows app is 4.7.0.0 (the version I first installed) and I can't update it. All 3 browser apps are auto-updating within their browsers.
Problem steps:
1. I download the latest installer for Windows (4.8.8). (Note: The Windows installer is bundled with the Browser products. I don't see any 'Windows Only' download)
2. All the browser products auto-update since they're browser extensions. So the browser products are 4.8.9 (later than the 4.8.8 download on the site)
3. I run the installer. It terminates with a message that "4.8.9 is later than 4.8.8" (Is it trying to update a browser app first? No idea)
I'd rather not un-install/re-install the 3 browser extensions to update the Windows product!
Searching the forums + Support I see 'Go to Windows Store and update there.' Windows Store version shows as last updated in 2012. And the only option is 'Open,' which just brings me to the Windows app I've got installed.
On my Mac, the 'OS app' is at 4.8.9 along with the browser apps, so maybe there's an auto-update on the Mac client?
