I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Free accounts can only use mobile devices or computers at a time. You get up to 3 switches between each type of device, I have added one additional switch if you want to go back to using your account on a computer.
However, you will no longer be able to switch to mobile phones and the only way would be by upgrading to premium.
