Hi @steve
Welcome to the LastPass Community!
With regards to your recent LastPass activity, you can easily confirm what devices / IP address' are logging into the account by viewing the Account History section of your Vault.
I glanced at your recent history, and don't see anything out of the ordinary over the past month.
Thank you v much, Ash. OK-
1) Is 1 month back enough for nefarious activity?
I'm v pleased to hear that there's nothing out of the ordinary over the past month. Can you go further back, because I'm not sure how long the problem has been going on. Because LastPass wasn't working (auto-filling out passwords etc), I just entered the passwords manually, thinking that it would right itself in time. But it hasn't. And time passes so fast that maybe this has been going on for longer than a month.
2) What has changed for my LastPass not to be working the way it used to?
Until relatively recently, I used to open my computer, and LastPass would work from the get-go. Now, not only does this no happen, but when I use my Masterpass, it logs me out again quite quickly, even though I haven't closed down my computer. What has changed? Why is this happening, and how can I get it back to how it was. I suspect that for some reason my computer is no longer a trusted device?? I'm not a techie, so I don't really know!
3) Why do I have a mobile in trusted devices, and why has it got an unrecognisable name?
I'm confused: In my settings it shows no trusted computer device, yet there is a trusted mobile. I don't use LastPass on my mobile, so why is that? You do have my mobile registered with you, but isn't this just for (carrot) contacting me purposes? Because of the long random name ascribed to the trusted mobile, I can't see what the actual mobile number is? IE Is this trusted mobile mine or someone else's (e.g. a hacker??)
It has taken be a long time to write this out because it is complicated. It will have taken me far longer to write it than for you to read it, so I hope you have read it in full. So in your reply, please quote back to me the name of the vegetable I put in brackets within the text.
