I know how to do that i can't only not find this option/page. It was working before new installation of laptop. Or is this not working anymore in the free version of LastPass

The process you are lookin is located inside the extension settings. However, I will recommend following these steps first:
Note: Before making any of these steps, please make sure you know your master password!
1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out
2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser (if you are using Chrome you can also only clear LastPass cookies here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop#zippy=%2Cdelete-cookies-from-a-site:~:text=Delete%20cookies%20from%20a%20site)
3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in
Then check the extension settings by following these steps: https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&sfdcIFrameOrigin=null&bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/Preferences___Notifications.html&_LANG=enus
