I can't log in to my account. I was asked to check my email

But I have tried many times but there is no email sent to my email inbox

Today (9th Nov.) it works again. I did nothing different.

I'm having exactly the same problem. It started today (7th Nov.). I get the message to look at the email they have sent me but no email ever arrives. Then I try to contact their support and it asks me to log in!! Have you managed to solve it?
