LP icon on Firefox disappeared

Question

I don't know when it disappeared, but it was there earlier this week, now it's not there & yes, it's turned on in the extensions area.

I normally don't use Fx, but Win 10 is being a controlling pain as usual, & it won't let me click the button on the browser I do want that says make this my default browser. I can click on it, but then it takes me to some Windows 10 apps area & then I don't know what to do from there & why I can't just press the button like I always have for the last 30 years. sigh

So I'm stuck with Fx until I can find someone to help me, but why did it disappear?

Interesting that when I went to log into LP support, it logged in right away.

The problem is that you do not have the browser extension pin to your toolbar in the browser.

Please check the article below to understand how to pin an extension.

I can't tag you in this message. It's not bringing up the list of members.

* Whether an extension is in the toolbar or not is irrelevant, it should work & it's not. You don't know this?
* I don't know how to pin them there. It was pinned before b/c I assume Fx pins them automatically & the others are pinned, but  now it's not pinned, & I don't see anyway to pin it, but again, that shouldn't matter b/c either the extension is turned on or it isn't, & it's turned on in the extensions area.
