Can't access LastPass

Hi!

There was a time period where I didn't use LastPass and got logged out of all my devices. I also bought a new phone (as my old one died) and didn't think to install LastPass Authenticator on it. I'm now locked out of accessing my LastPass account, as it requires using the Authenticator. Calling or sending the SMS passcode options don't work for some reason.

I can't access LastPass because I need to set up the Authenticator and I can't set up the Authenticator because I can't access my LastPass account. Is there anything I can do to get access back?
