Sorry for the inconvenience. I've looked at your account and noticed you recently changed the Master Password, it seems the recovery was successful and it let you access the vault. Are you still experiencing issues?

I've tried account recovery on both my iphone and Macbook Pro - neither working either ball keeps spinning or on phone says 'Looks like something went wrong, please try again later'. I've been trying for hours and nothing. I am using correct master password. Am now reading how many others have had this problem and am very much trusting the reliability. Please email any support to . I can't seem to find any contact that gets me through to a human! Urgh.
I, too, am having a problem with account recovery on iPhone.
The account recovery process starts with FaceID (accepted) then moves on to the Multi-Factor Authentication routine where it asks for responses from my Identification Grid (A1, B2, C3, D4 style), which I am able to supply from the grid I saved years ago. Then it fails and says, "Something Went Wrong. Try again Later."
The community Forum shows that other people were having this problem last January (2023). Is there a fix for this?
I'm a Premium member but without my Master Password, I can't log into Support to get a phone number to call! Kind of a circular problem.
