Request Callback Does take U.S. formatted phone numbers

Tried to request a call back, and the form would not take a USA formatted number in any of the following (valid) formats saying it was invalid number

555-555-1212

(555) 555-1212

555 555-1212

1-555-555-1212

5555551212

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.I just test it out and its working fine. You need to do the following:

• Home
• contact us
• call me
• fill out form
• under preferred phone select the country of origin
• under numbers only
• enter your area code and phone number
• under description you can also literally type you want a call back and add your phone number as well
