When I try to log in, I get stuck in a loop. After entering my email and password, it immediately asks for multifactor authentication, then instantly says MFA failed and sends me back to the login screen. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

Could you please clean your internet browser (cookies and cache), log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue?
In case you are still getting the same scenario, please remove the LastPass extension from your internet browser, and in case you have any other extension installed, please try to turn them off. Once that is done, clean your internet browser again, reinstall the LastPass extension, and try again.

Earlier all worked fine but after I have done "https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/c_lp_prevent_fields_from_being_filled_automatically.html&_LANG=enus" then I started to have problem.
