When I tried to login this morning I got an error with 2FA Microsoft Authenticator. I disabled it and tried to install the Last Pass Authenticator. The option to send a SMS to enable login is not working. I tried many times without success over the last 5 hours.
I know SMS is working, because when I tried to use my recovery email, I received a SMS. After typing the activation code, it says the link/or code is no longer active.
So, I am stuck.
I also tried to ask for support by typing my email, no answer so far.
I am very disappointed, specially for not having ANY feedback so far. Not even an automatic reply, not even that.
If I don´t receive any feedback till tomorrow I will cancel my account that I ´ve being a customer for five years !!
It is a shame.
