If you are logged into LastPass on multiple devices, can you please confirm that all available updates are applied to the app there?
You may need to log out, then back in to confirm this on all devices where LastPass is present.

Is this a regular item you are attempting to save to your Vault, or are you attempting to save this to a shared folder/account?
Does this occur on any other devices?
Can you state the LastPass app version and web browser version here for reference?

Since the problem began have you been able to test an alternate web browser?
I just formatted my pc and installed hte latest version of lastpass. i am getting the same error message. this is so annoying. and now i cant export because they've made that function impossible. this extension is turning into hot garbage
Yes. Was able to add new password with Chrome browser. Upon returning to Safari Version 16.6.1 (16615.3.12.11.5, 16615) on my Mac, and opening vault, new password was there correctly. However, I then attempted to edit an existing password in vault and when I went to save, I once again received error message quoted in beginning of thread.
Having the exact same problem on iMac and iPad. Getting the same message. "Try again" doesn't work
