Changed Master Password on website, old&new don't work, can't restore, but local Androids still work

I followed the instructions to change my master password on LastPass.com and confirmed the new password, saw website claim to re-encrypt my password store, but could never get the new password to work. Tried to restore to the previous master password. Browser extensions on FireFox and Chrome will not log in with either password. Android phones are working and still have the hundreds of accounts I require, allowing me to log in with the OLD master password. Are there any tricks to restore/reset the cloud database and allow me to re-upload all the accounts from the Android app? Losing these would be a disaster. TIA

Agreed, I've removed the private data from your post. Checking the account status, it shows a new password was added recently, however, the password you're typing it is incorrect. There must be a character you're missing or adding that is preventing you from accessing the vault.

Also, I can revert the account to the previous master password, as long as you remember it. Let me know if I should proceed.

In the interests of brevity, I may have left off some clues 🙂

The Android phones are logged in "offline" with the older master password, and I can use them to display passwords and type them in.

Using the website to attempt to log in, both passwords fail. The "hint" is correct for the new password. Account Recovery says I have no OTPs so recovery is unlikely. It asks for my account email, then I get a text verification and when I type it in, I'm told, "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again." Is this just a bogus error message?

I am having this same problem! It very frustrating. I could not log in using my password, so I updated it.

Then tried to log in using my new password after all my data was copied over. Now I can't log in at all with my new password. This is really concerning, I have all my client's password here. Please get back to me asap!!
