If you are referencing the billing information used for LastPass subscriptions, then this cannot be deleted when the subscription is set for automatic renewal.
If you are referencing the stored billing details within your encrypted Vault, this section is called "Payment Cards". You can manage the autofill payment items for individual web site types from there.
To delete your credit card, go to your account’s Payment Settings or Billing section, find the card, and click Remove or Delete. If you can't find the option, contact customer support for assistance.
