I am having the same issue. One thing we are thinking is that on her side the URL is blank but can only be edited by me but I have shared what I have correctly.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with the shared item. On your side, does the item get filled in properly? If so, can you please try to unshare and share the item again?
Please let me know if this worked or if further assistance is required.
Can you please provide the first 3 characters of the email address of the person you are trying to share the item with and also the item ID of the password you are trying to share (you can find it when you click on Edit on the item).

it happend to lot of accounts not a single one , sometimes it enter to shared person , sometimes not
