Well, it seems that in order to get an answer one has to have premium. I started using this when they said that they would 'never' be asking for money as it was 'free'. Well, now my wife and I are both caught with a vault that one must memorize in order to get to a certain site. And the community does not always have an answer (quickly) for someone that has a problem, for example the 'new' crappy way they show your vault. My wife has been blaming herself for not having easy access to her sights and now it has infected my LastPass as well. I hate it! But then I am one of the lowly users that does not have Premium so now I have to find out how to get back to the good and easy way to find my sites. But first I have to go to each one and copy the info if I can actually do that. You all have a good day.
I have been searching for an answer to how to prevent LastPass from logging me out everyday from my home computer. I (and many others) have left messages here in the community forum since we are free users too but LastPass NEVER RESPONDS to anyone. I can see not providing free users with a phone number but they should at least monitor this site and give answers that anyone can read to solve the problem. LastPass has really gone downhill since they started. Now they hold your information hostage unless you pay them a monthly fee. Like you said, they used to brag that they would "never" ask for money. Now it seems you can't get any help unless you do give them money. Anyone know of a good free password manager that we can use or do we all go back to pen and paper (or worse yet, let the computer store the passwords so that anyone who works on the computer gets free access to our passwords down the road)?
