I can't open the LastPass vault in the Firefox browser on my mac. I just get a grey screen w/the LastPass logo in the middle. I followed the instructions to reset my vault and clear the cache. I've had this problem for months!

Addon still works for adding and managing sites; I am just unable to access the vault page.

This effect started happening with certain vault types, and was not prevalent on all systems.  In part, the delay is related to the backend changes needed for data management itself.  I'm sorry I cannot be more specific, but rest assured it is slated for release in the coming weeks.  Make sure to check for updates or set the LastPass app preferences / system allowance for automatic update.

Thank you... I can use my cellphone, so accessing my vault is possible.

I am still curious about the issue - I've been unable to access my lastpass vault on Firefox for many many months - I can't imagine ALL firefox users are similarly unable to access their vaults! And if this is a rare case, I suppose you might want to disentangle it further.

It's fine if there is nothing left to do, but as I said, I am curious to know more about the context of what I am experiencing (and if it would really ever be resolved).

I'm sorry for that poor experience.

Until we finalize the fix for this issue, you should still be able to reach your Vault contents in Firefox by logging directly into lastpass.com.
