Can you really not delete your own billing information?

Hey everyone,

FWIW, I've been a premium subscriber for the past 2 years, and am totally fed up with the bugs, useless support who don't know what a bug report is (this was when they still had email support) and unfriendly user interface with the Chrome browser extension.

So my question is, I'm cancelling my auto-renew, however is it really not possible to delete your own credit card information from your account? I'm no lawyer, but surely isn't it illegal to store a customer's financial details against their wishes? I know I could delete my account, but I'm keeping it in the meantime as I switch to a different service. Nor do I want to have to call anyone and deal with "support".

Goodbye LastPass, I'm taking my yearly $60 elsewhere.

I've not found a way so far unfortunately so would be interested if anyone else does, though based on the recent security breach I also cancelled my subscription and recently transferred all my data to 1Password who seem to offer much better support and are more secure. No problems with them so far and they'll also help cover the cost of switchinghttps://1password.com/switch/
