I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Have you tried using all different options available to export your vault:
From your vault: Go to Advanced Options > Export
From the extension menu: Click on Account > Fix a problem yourself > Export vault items > Export data for use anywhere
If none of these work, please follow our basic troubleshooting steps and try again.
