Can not acces e-mail for verification email

Hi there!

Unfortunately I no longer have access to my work email. I know my username and password! However, after logging in, you will be asked to verify your email. I really won't be able to access my old mail from my old job. How can I best solve this now. I'm trying to submit a ticket via lastpass, but unfortunately I don't have a paid subscription.

@MNR @sam12 If you cannot access the email address we sent the identity confirmation email to, you will need to work with Customer Support in order to manually confirm your ID, and accept the new IP address used for the LastPass login.

If you cannot reach Support for any reason, please click my Community name to send a private message with your login email address and contact info.

Hi all, I have the same problem. Only I forgot the password for my email and without lasspass access I can't get in. Same situation in term of subscription. Please, we need a fix for this.

I looked up your Community address to see if it was related to your LastPass account but could not find anything.

While we cannot update the email address for you, the account's security email should be receiving the new IP / Device alert emails. If you cannot access this one, Customer Support can help confirm your ID manually, and allow that IP or Device clearance to log in again.

Am getting a login error when attempting to sign-in to LastPass. My username and password are correct.

I get the following message prompt saying:

To continue:

Check your inbox for an email from LastPass: c*********@tuta.io

But the .io (i.e tutanota.com domain) email account no longer exists. I changed my LastPass Security email back in 2021 November and provided a new email address.

So I don't understand why the security verification email is still being sent to that deleted account, and yet my new security email was updated and verified by LastPass. We dealt with this issue last November.

There is no way for me to access the deactivated .io email account as it got deleted long time ago. Please assist in resolving this issue.

After your answer to my issue, I have had to register another LogMeIn account using my LastPass email address to make it possible for you to lookup my ID.

And to clarify, I have no access to oldLastPass account's security email account. It was deactivated and deleted. I changed myLastPass account's security email last November to a new one and LastPass verified the new security email account.

But somehow LastPass is not sending its security alert email to the new account, it is still sending to the old deleted one, which I have no access to.

I am still using the same device, but my IP changes because I use an ISP DHCP IP. I checked customer support section that you linked but it requires me to upgrade my subscription in order to receive any assistance.
