Any updates to the bug that causes LastPass to autofill login information despite the autofill options being turned off?

I'm just checking up to see if there is an ETA for when this bug will be fixed.  Four months ago, I opened a support case regarding the LastPass browser extension autofilling login usernames and passwords despite all the autofill options being manually turned off. After a few weeks of back and forth with the service rep, it was determined that this was a known bug due to multiple other people have identified the issue.  The LastPass service rep said there was no known ETA for when the bug would be fixed.  Are there any updates to when this will be resolved?

I just wanted to share this update with the community.  LastPass support told me that when you launch websites via the launcher, it will autofill login information regardless of what your autofill settings are.  This is by design.  I recommended that they should change this intentionally designed feature and that the launcher should respect the autofill settings.

As far as I know, that issue was resolved (and an update released) several weeks ago.

If you're still experiencing this problem, what we want to do is gather log files from the affected device/browser and examine them closely to see what LastPass is doing in the background.

When you have time, please request a callback from Customer Support and be prepared to share logs from the affected machine. If you wan to prepare in advance, the terms "log files" searched in our help center will pull up the directions, based upon which web browser you're using.
