Concert Premium Planto Family Plan

I signed up for Lastpass premium last year using Google Pay. My subscription ends this month. I want to change my account to a Family account. I also want to disconnect my account from Google Pay and use my credit card directly.

I need customer service to assist me in these changes. Where can I connect with someone who can help?
