About your issue, I noticed that your account was previously purchase via Apple Pay, so when you attempt to purchase with LastPass it's failing because is sync with Apple Pay, please subscribe to your Premium subscription using your App Store

Thanks for your reply. I am no longer an Apple or Apple pay user. I have been trying to renew manually but my LastPass account is preventing me from doing so. Is there another option?

I understand you would like to purchase via lastpass.com. This is a preferred method, so you can manage all your account settings in one place. For this purpose, since I see you also confirmed your ID through the support portal, I'll go ahead and switch your payment preference away from the app store, so you may purchase online instead.

If you've already confirmed with your credit company that the charge is not being rejected, you should be able to use the support web portal here, and select 'Billing' as the reason in order to receive an email follow up from a billing specialist.

@kdclkkd Currently LastPass.com only accepts credit cards that allow for automatic renewals (and some debt cards). If you'd prefer though, you may also subscribe to Premium services through your mobile device's app store directly. In the latter case, you might be able to use another form of payment.
