What are you seeing within the Account Benefits page itself?
If you're experiencing trouble after testing an alternate web browser, feel free to request a callback from our support team.
I've tried using incognito mode on chrome, and also tried using microsoft edge browser.
Below is a screenshot of what I see when I go into my business account.
When I enter my personal account email and master password, nothing happens.
I've confirmed by logging in and out and back into my personal account on several browsers that I have the user email and password correct for my personal account.
I clicked the request a callback link above and it takes me here to the screenshot below. There's no option for a callback from the support team.
Never received an answer to my issue. Can someone help? Again, I can't link my business/personal accounts.
