I changed my master password last month and thought I wrote it down on a password protected Excel spreadsheet. I received the LastPass email about enhancing login security and when I went to check my security, it asked for my master password, but what I have written down (the old PW) isn't letting me in. I tried using the "Master Password Reminder", but no matter what combination I enter using this hint, it is not accepting those passwords either. LastPass automatically logs in to my iPhone, iMac and MacBook Pro, but I can't get to help or verify security settings or contact LastPass without entering my master password. I am reluctant to "Revert Master Password Change" because I am not sure the old PW I have written down will work and do not want to lose access and have to re-set up my entire account as the warning advises. Selecting "Change Master Password" also requires entering my existing password. Please help.
