Unable to log into lastpass, 2FA not sending SMS or email messages with code

Hi there,

I'm stuck, I can't log into any of my lastpass applications (extension, website, or phone) since it is requiring that I use 2FA but every time I prompt it to send me a code through either email, SMS, or call, nothing actually arrives. I have checked all my spam folders in my SMS application, my email, etc and there isn't anything. I just don't think those messages are arriving.

I have tried to contact support but it requires me to log-in to Lastpass to create a ticket, which of course....I can't do since it then asks me to authenticate through the SMS etc and as above, those messages never appear in my SMS or email 😞

Please help 😞

Been having the exact same issues with the past week. Have tried to contact support and follow as many articles as I can with no luck.

Tried this page also with no luck - the link for support won't work without being signed in.

Please let me know if you find a solution.

Unable to access my account also. Shocked at the terrible lack of support options for paying customers. Definitely looking into how I can get my money back from this embarrassment of a "security" company.

Try emailingor tweet at their handle@LastPassHelp, I just tweeted@them and then they emailed me.

Ok so I have resorted to tweeting at them, below is their handle (what TF kind of support is this? Like I have to send a tweet to get help but you don't just have a customer support email???), We'll see what they write back.

I don't understand Ash's response about contacting support - the link shared requires me to login but I can't do that because of the issue I'm trying to resolve.

It didn't work for me either, but try emailing support-replies@lastpass.com or tweet at their handle @LastPassHelp, I just tweeted @them and then they emailed me back yesterday and that is how I got back into my account
