Mobile app (Android) insists on entering master password every time

Question

When I use the LastPass app on my Android phone, I am only very infrequently required to enter my master password to launch the app. On my wife's Android phone, however, every time she wants to open the LastPass app, she is required to enter her master password. This is annoying. What can she do to enable her to open the app on her phone without having to enter her master password 100% of the time?

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.To resolve this issue please do the following:

On the mobile device, please log out of the LastPass app, remove the LastPass app,power off mobile device for about 3 minutes, power device back on, add the LastPass app again, log back in and set up open with biometrics. That will take care of the issue she is facing.
