I am writing to report a critical issue with my account. I am currently unable to access my vault or export my data, which is preventing me from managing my credentials.
Issue Details:
- Vault Page Access:Whenever I attempt to open my vault via the web browser, the page hangs and only displays the LastPass logo indefinitely. The vault items never load.
- Extension Export Failure:I have attempted to export my data using theLastPass browser extensionas a workaround. However, the export process fails to complete/initiate from the extension interface.
Troubleshooting Already Attempted:
- Cleared browser cache and cookies.
- Tried accessing the vault from a different web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox).
- Restarted the browser and updated the LastPass extension to the latest version.
Could you please investigate why my vault is stuck on the logo screen and assist me in successfully exporting my data?
