You may upgrade to a family subscription which gives you many benefits like the ones on the link below:
https://www.lastpass.com/pricing or you can also decide to keep your premium subscription like you have now. If your spouse has a premium subscription as well, I would suggest you check the link I sent you where you will find that having a family subscription provides you more value since you can have up to 6 users on the same account.
